Our engineering support can include engineering/economical calculations to obtain realistic numbers on return of investment (ROI) and other economically important numbers (considering given country/region material, labor prices, market needs, tax rules, etc).
ECOPATH also has the expertise to draft complete paving material specifications for different countries or regions, where a given modified binder standard does not yet exist.
Consistency and product quality require state of the art production equipment. ECOPATH equipment is designed with worker safety, efficiency and reliability in mind, thus allowing trouble free production for the end user. ECOPATH Asphalt Rubber Blending Plants (ARBP) are custom-engineered to be compatible with any Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) plant.
ECOPATH control systems are versatile and easy to operate. Real-time viscosity measurement and innovative design allows ECOPATH ARBPs to provide sustained binder production rates of 15 to 80 Tons/hr.
ASPHALT RUBBER BELNDING EQUIPMENT
ECOPATH Industries currently offers ARBPs for sale or lease. Blending plant models range in binder capacity from 15 Tons/hour mounted on a single standard size trailer to 80 Tons/hour comprised of two trailers and complete with all necessary interconnecting hoses and electrical cables. These plants will meet the needs of any market, international or domestic, for both drum or batch type HMA plants. Electrical systems are provided to suit local requirements.
Special models are offered to meet the specifications unique to California, including CALTRANS testing and material specifications, California environmental regulations, and California trailer regulations.
Other unique options include:
- Additional accessories to produce Polymer Modified Asphalt (PMA)
- Additional accessories to provide Rubber Modified Asphalt (RMA) dry mix
